Online Classes

Enjoy our range of curated classes online. Each session is designed to be followed easily at home. 

 You’ll find high intensity HIIT sessions all the way through to relaxing guided meditations. Classes are led by our expert team of qualified and experienced instructors.  Make sure you check out our Technique Tips to fine-tune your exercises to ensure maximum benefits. 

We know you’re busy and we want to make it easy. We’ve ensured the classes are short enough to fit into the smaller pockets of your life. Mix and match two or three sessions in a row if you’d like a longer experience. What matters is that you schedule your sessions and carve out this time just for you.

We’ll design a personalised program, taking into account your time, your potential fluctuations in mood and your wellness goals. Tell us what you love, what has and hasn’t worked for you in the past, and what you want to achieve. We’ll do all we can to get you there.
